• Add Customer

1.) When logged in, hover over “+ New” on the top bar, and select User.

2.) You will be directed to a screen where you can input customer information. Once the relevant fields are filled out, scroll to the bottom and select “Add New User”

  • Access customers profiles on the website / Edit Customers

1.) When logged in, select on the top left “Dashboard”

2.) On the left, select “Users”.

3.) Use the filtering options to find the customer you’re looking for and select its profile name.

From there, you can access that customers profile data such as shipping, billing, password, email and more.

4.) (Optional) If you make changes to that customers account, scroll down and click “Update User”
